I’ll work closely with you to advise, inspire and guide you through the process, ensuring that your wedding is as individual as you are.

Every wedding is unique, and so are the requirements of the couples who chose their wedding in Italy. We are located in Abruzzo with mountains to the west, and the Adriatic in the east, a region with a very important food tradition, natural products and authentic customs.

WEDDING MANAGEMENT

After an initial consultation, by videocall if you live abroad, we begin our work togheter and I will lead the wedding planning process for you

I will work with you to establish and manage a realistic budget, create a wedding day timeline, manage checklists, source suppliers, review quotes and contracts, keep on top of payment schedules, and manage your guest list, seating charts and floor plans.
I will be in regular contact during the planning months whenever needed to offer professional advice and guidance, answer any questions, and ensure that you feel completely confident in the choices you make towards creating your perfect day.
I can guarantee all services you require: location, food, photographer, florist, hair and make up, music, performer etc.
I take time to fully understand your needs and your style and side by side we create an unforgettable wedding that is unique to you.

Professionalità, cura dei dettagli, raffinatezza. Non potevamo scegliere di meglio per il giorno del nostro matrimonio! Un percorso durato quasi un anno che si è concretizzato in un sogno ad occhi aperti. Desidero dare alle future spose un consiglio. Prima di qualsiasi scelta dalla location, alla chiesa e tutti gli altri fornitori scegliete la vostra weeding planner. Avremmo dovuto coinvolgere Marilena per prima nel nostro sogno!

Marilena è una persona splendida, pacata (qualità importante dato le situazioni stressanti che vive) creativa, raffinata, professionale ma soprattutto brava nel suo lavoro! Non potrei immaginare di poter fare io quello che ho visto (e che non ho visto) fare a lei durante tutto il percorso dei preparativi del mio matrimonio! È stato tutto perfetto, nessun dettaglio fuori posto, organizzato con i tempi giusti, che dire... la sceglierei altre mille volte!

Marilena è stata la sapiente regista del nostro matrimonio! Elegante, raffinata, ma al contempo discreta, è stata una presenza costante e attenta a ogni dettaglio. Ci ha guidati nella realizzazione del nostro sogno offrendoci un sostegno grintoso nei momenti più difficili e poi condividendo con noi le emozioni e la gioia di quel giorno. Che posso dire? Stavamo organizzando il nostro matrimonio da soli con non poche difficoltà finché è arrivata questa pandemia sconvolgendo i nostri piani! Solo qualche tempo prima del matrimonio ho deciso di affidare il nostro giorno più importante a Marilena, ed è stata la scelta più giusta che potessimo fare! Ha ascoltato le nostre idee, consigliato e concretizzato a pieno ciò che volevamo andando oltre le nostre aspettative!
